Kuzhur Grama Panchayat is a rural local self-government institution situated in Chalakudy Taluk of Thrissur District, Kerala. Falling under the jurisdiction of the Mala Block Panchayat, the Panchayat is known for its natural beauty, rich agricultural heritage, and peaceful rural environment.

The Panchayat covers an area of approximately 19.11 square kilometers and includes the villages of Thirumukkulam and Kakkulissery.

Agriculture remains the backbone of the local economy, with paddy cultivation, coconut farming, banana cultivation, and vegetable farming being the major agricultural activities. The Panchayat is committed to sustainable development while preserving its natural resources and ecological balance.
